• Position Title: Sales Assistant
• Working Location: Changi Business Park
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Allowance

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of documentation for invoices & billing.
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties.
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Other Requirements

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Meticulous and able to multi-task

• Assist service staff in daily operations without customer interaction
• Thoroughly sanitise and prepare tables before guests arrive
• Replenish items such as tableware, condiments and water as and when during operations
• Clear tableware and reset tables after guests leave
• Clear soiled dishes at clearing stations which includes scraping and segregating of tableware
• Ensure the safety of guests and colleagues when performing duties
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
