• Support assessments of ADX's compliance with MAS regulations, including applicable guidelines on digital asset service providers, technology risk management, and AML/CFT requirements.
• Assist in evaluating adherence to internal policies, standard operating procedures, and relevant industry standards.
• Stay current on regulatory developments affecting digital asset exchanges and flag relevant changes to the CEO and Board Audit Committee as appropriate.

Follow-Up & Monitoring

• Track the status of audit findings and assist in following up with process owners on the progress of agreed remediation actions.
• Maintain an up-to-date audit findings tracker and escalate overdue or unresolved items in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present status updates to the Board Audit Committee on outstanding findings and remediation progress.

Continuous Improvement & Learning

• Identify recurring issues or thematic trends across audit engagements and propose organisation-wide improvements to the CEO and Board Audit Committee.

• Process and verify invoices, match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and verifying supporting documentation
• A/R, A/P transactions
• Any other ad-hoc work instructed by superior for account related matters

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accountancy
• Accounting knowledge is necessary
• AT least 1-year experience
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance

1. Daily accounting & finance duties including receivables, ie Invoicing and payables processes, ie payment
2. Ensured timely follow-up on all administrative matters

· Work with Podiatrists to execute strategies and tasks

· First level statistics with micro tactics

· Join weekly meetings with the CA team Podiatrist

· Maintain upkeep of clinics – general maintenance and cleanliness

· Disciplinary – conduct, turn out, tardiness, etc.

· Manpower – full authority to hire and terminate CAs

· Counselling towards staff

• Designing general protocols and determining treatment plans appropriate for patient care in a specialist outpatient setting.

• Provision of appropriate Podiatry educational materials to patients or for public awareness.

• Liaise closely with Medical professionals to achieve coordinated patient care. These disciplines include, but are not limited to Family Medicine, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Dermatology, and Rheumatology.

• Conduct clinical team meetings and attend multi-disciplinary meetings to enhance patient care.

• Offer talks or seminars to other healthcare professionals on the Podiatric methods to elevating foot health.

• Involvement in foot health promotion projects and activities including community awareness events.

• Continuing education achieved by attending relevant healthcare lectures and courses, seminars and workshops.

• Placing patient care first and foremost over oneself, as the guiding principle & virtue of a healthcare professional.

Job Scope:
1. Investigative & Case Support

• Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews regarding minor incidents.

• Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate and compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant KPs for directions.

2. Detention and Ignite Plus Follow Up

• Supervise students assigned for either detention (Monday - Thursday) or IGNITE+ programme (Monday and Wednesday) at any point of time.

• Ensure students complete assigned tasks during detention.

• Follow up with form teachers for students assigned for and have missed their detention.

• Ensure detention tasks are meaningful and developmental in nature.

3. In-House Suspension Support

• Support school staff in managing students sent out of class, on internal suspension and who are missing from class.

• Support learning continuity during suspension through liaising with form teachers.

4. Administrative Support

• Perform data entry support for late-coming, offences and interventions.

• Compile weekly or monthly discipline statistics when required.

• Assist in monitoring student reporting channel.

• Always maintain confidentiality of student information.

• Review detention, late coming and corrective work processes during the holidays.

5. Any other duties administrative and operational duties pertaining to student management that are assigned by the Authority during the period of employment.

Salary: $2800/Month

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.

• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Requirements:
Skills and experience:

• The Personnel shall possess a minimum qualification of diploma.

• The Personnel should preferably be able to use Microsoft Office applications and collaborative tools in Google.

• The Personnel should preferably have 3 years working experience in uniformed service background (Police, Prison Service or equivalent), with involvement in youth-related case investigation.

• The Personnel should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The Personnel should have the ability to multitask, work independently and in a team.

• The Personnel should have a calm disposition and able to handle challenging student situations.
