Aesthetics Clinic Assistant

• $2,500 – $3,500/month + Variable year-end bonus
• 5 days’ work week – retail hours (including weekends)
• Location: Scott Road

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and register patients while managing appointment schedules.

• Support doctors and aesthetic therapists during treatments and procedures.

• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are fully prepared, clean, and hygienic.

• Assist in dispensing skincare products and provide guidance as instructed by doctors.

• Handle cashiering, billing, and other administrative tasks with accuracy.

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to patient enquiries with care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a clinic, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare setting.

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills for registration and billing systems.

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.

- Escort and assist during transportation to and from the care centre ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey

Dental Surgery Assistant

You will assist dentists in clinical treatment by preparing patients and materials, assisting dentist, sterilizing instruments, fabricating temporary restorations, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth dental operations and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures to ensure comfort and readiness
• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and set up instrument trays to maintain infection control standards
• Assist dentists during clinical treatments to support efficient patient care
• Record detailed treatment information accurately in patient records for proper documentation

What you'll be doing

• Support the preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics

• Perform audits and analysis of HR performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

• Maintain and organise HR datasets, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance

• Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor SLA performance and incident trends

• Provide administrative support, including coordination of meetings, project tracking, and documentation

• Manage tracking of IT assets and office resources where required

• Participate in HR projects and support process improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Information Technology/ Statistics/ Human Resource or related studies 

• 1 – 3 years of working experience in analytics or data-related roles

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, charts) and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organised, proactive, and able to work independently
