Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, review, and manage architectural drawings, reports, and specifications for submission to authorities.
Coordinate with architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate document submissions.
Ensure compliance with local zoning, building, and fire codes, and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Track submission progress and follow up with authorities to resolve queries or issues.
Verify quality and completeness of all submitted documents before submission.
Collaborate with external consultants and contractors for supplementary documentation or adjustments.
Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
- Support the acquisition of building permits and provide regular status updates to the team
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Architecture or related field; additional training in building codes or project management is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in architectural submissions and familiarity with regulatory processes.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software; strong organizational and communication skills.
