Our client is one of the leading players in the Automation Machinery Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Multiple Headcounts for Technician (Assembly/Testing) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North East

• Available Positions (Total: X10): Apprentice, Craftsperson, Assembly Technician, Testing Technician

• Carry out all Terminal operations including control room, jetty, manifold, tank farm, utility and emergency response tasks safely in accordance with standard operating procedure
• Coordinate berthing and un-berthing of vessels alongside of the terminal.
• Deliver and monitor loading / discharge orders to vessel.
• Carry out tank sampling/dipping
• Ensure ship's mooring lines are taut, gangway and loading arms are operating safely and complying with terminal safety rules and regulations.
• Acknowledge and respond as a panel man, field/jetty technician in accordance with established alarm procedures.
• Report all incidents in a timely manner.
• Follow basic mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of own self and others.
• Liaise with the pilot to ensure safe mooring of the ship and positioning of the ship's manifold to the loading arms.
• Handle shipping documentation
• Comply and support the safety and emergency response procedures of the terminal.
• Support Shift Leader to make sure that contractors or third party execute operation tasks on site that adhered to safety, health and environment regulations and the company's standards.

2. Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
3. Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients and supplies, and monitoring stock rotation to minimize waste.
4. Quality Control: Ensuring that all products meet company standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
5. Operational Efficiency: Optimizing workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waiting times for customers.
6. Cash Management: Handling cash transactions, balancing cash registers, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
7. Hygiene and Safety: Enforcing strict hygiene and safety standards in the workplace, including cleanliness and food handling procedures.
8. Reporting: Preparing reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity for management review.
