Job Summary

You will join a global team managing high-volume HR processes using Workday, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of HR data. Manage employee lifecycle event requests via ServiceNow, support employees with ad-hoc system troubleshooting, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume HR processes using Workday to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant global HR data and workflows
• Process employee lifecycle event requests from management and HR partners through ServiceNow to support timely HR operations
• Identify and resolve ad-hoc system issues to maintain smooth HR system functionality and provide appropriate guidance to users
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational effectiveness and service quality
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English with stakeholders to facilitate HR operations and support

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma with 5 years or degree with 1 year of experience in HR Operations
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Provide support to customers’ engineers on the development of Dry Etch process
• Develop new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products
• Coordinate design requirement review with appropriate engineering/ scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods

Job Description

1. Assist the Project Manager with preparation of overall cost and progress reports and other matters related to schedules, cost and materials.

2. Assists the Project Manager and supervise Document Controller to implement systematic document control and filing procedures.

3. Liaise and coordinate with Engineering and Procurement Departments for preparation of monthly progress reports prior to Project Manager’s approval.

4. Coordinate with the Construction department leaders on progress monitoring and recording.

5. Prepare and record change proposals for the contract between Contractor and Client.

6. Assist PM organize tender activities and coordinate in disciplines, vendors for tender preparations

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline of Engineering

◦ Responsible for parameter extraction and modeling for advanced processes

◦ Job tasks include but are not limited to device performance analysis, test key design, process simulation,

transistor-level circuit simulation, and yield data analysis

▌ Requirements

◦ Recent PhD graduates or those who graduated with a PhD from fields including

but not limited to Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Science and Technology, Microelectronics, Information

and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, or Materials Science and

Engineering

◦ Good foundational knowledge of semiconductor device physics, integrated circuit design, and

manufacturing

◦ Familiar with advanced process technology and strong scripting skills are preferred

◦ Excellent academic performance, with a strong curiosity, learning ability, and knowledge transfer capability

in new areas and related professional fields

Jobscope

• Develop Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and necessary Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot the process control system recipe/Models.
• Investigate, report and troubleshoot findings on both quality and EHS related issues observed during manufacturing or during batch record review.
• Develop, implement and monitor robust preventive measures for processing issues.
• Play a pro-active role in ensuring the site safety and quality standards are adhered to.
• Proactively monitor, identify, develop and implement improvements in processes and equipment.
• Communicate on a regular basis to the plant personnel on process updates.
• Train the process technicians on the process and procedures as required.
• Ensure we adhere to our approved procedures and update these as required.
• Own one or more multiple equipment/GMP systems in production and present the system overview with evidence compliance to internal and external auditors.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Degree in Science with major in Chemistry, biomedical science
• Preferably 0-3 years’ experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.
• Able to commit to rotating shift
