The PortfolioSales Team is an established telesales team which market solely onCredit Card and Cash plus Personal Loans and Balance Transfer Unsecuredfacilities.

Job description

·       Primary focus of sales acquisition is to make outbound calls to existingcustomers through leads given to acquire new unsecured loans sales.

·       Achievement of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Targets.

·       Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to servicecustomers.

·       Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards tounsecured retail banking products.

·       To follow up on income documents and any other relevantdocuments required for application submission.

·       5 days’ work week, Over-Time applicable whenever required byManagement.

Job Requirements

·      Minimum 21 years of age and relevant sales experience preferred.

·      Energetic and proactive personality.

·      Good Communication Skills.

·      Highly Motivated to have a career in Banking Sales.

·      Minimum N-Level holders and above.

·      Highly Sales driven to achieve Sales Targets and able towork in fast paced environment.

·      Preferred Age Group: 21 – 39 years old.

·      Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work independently in a team-orientedenvironment

Industry: Beauty Salon

Your primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

*Welcome and greet customer.

*Manage outlet administration; answer phone call, report, etc.

*Handle and process the customer's requests; complaints; comments; appointments, etc.

*Coordinate and promote marketing promotions to customers; through distribution of flyer and informing regular customers through tele calls

*Assist in stock take, house-keeping, etc

*Ad-hoc duities as and when required

No working experience is required as on job training will be provided

Computer Literacy

* Basic PC knowledge - MS Excel & Gmail (IS A MUST)

Language Abilities

* Able to read, understand and speak well in English
