Job Responsibilities

• Guide customers through available loan products and explain financial solutions clearly

• Assist customers with the full application process, including form completion and document verification

• Handle product enquiries and provide accurate information on requirements, eligibility, and processing timelines

• Maintain high standards of customer experience, ensuring every interaction is professional and service-oriented

• Build rapport with customers and support them in making well-informed decisions

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry guidelines

• Manage daily branch duties such as queue flow, basic administrative tasks, and service reporting

• Work closely with teammates to maintain smooth branch operations across both locations

• Rotate between Bugis and Hougang branches on a scheduled basis

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset

• Providing a Great, reliable, and professional attitude when dealing with walk-in customers

• Applicants must be able to work in Hougang (Near MRT)

• Able to work a shift schedule, including at least one weekend day each week

• Able to follow structured processes and handle documentation accurately

• Responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in loan advisory, financial services, or customer service is an advantage — but not mandatory (training provided)

Job Descriptions:

• Engage in telesales efforts to promote credit card to existing or new clients
• Cross selling of banking products & services
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers’ needs.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Period:

• 6 months contract, may converted to 12 months (subject to renewal) if meet the standards (within or after 6 month)

Location:

• Raffles Place

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary:

• First 6 months: Basic $2,000/month + Monthly Allowance of $1,000, No Commission
• After 6 months: Basic $2,000/month + Commission, No Allowance

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE 'N' Level
• Preferably applicants with sales/telesales/call centre/customer service experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented and sales/target driven
• Possess drive, initiative & ability to work independently

Responsibilities

·        To provide Customer Service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company

·        To assist Clients with their loan applications by answering clients’ queries, guiding them through loan procedures, conducting data entries and processing documentation checks

·        Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Senior Management Office.

·        To conduct loan disbursement by generating loan contracts, providing clear and coherent explanation of respective loan products and loan contract terms, 

·        To assist with clients account management, along with loan servicing activities, repayments and collection updates

·        Communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain required results

·        To highlight any discrepancy/deviation to the Team Manager
