Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating technical matters for both on-site and off-site meetings
Prepare, review, and submit architectural samples, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents to consultants and relevant authorities
Coordinate and monitor site work progress, including conducting regular inspections and attending project meetings
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule
Liaise and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), and Resident Technical Officers (RTO)
Support overall project execution and contribute to timely project delivery
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and site coordination
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work a 5.5-day work week
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
