Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, including basic benchmarking and analysis to support engineering solutions.
• Assist in the setup and operation of product demonstrations, events, and exhibitions.
• Support pre-sales activities by explaining product features and solutions to customers.
• Propose practical and effective solutions for machine vision applications.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of applications within the assigned product group (e.g. machine vision and deep learning).
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, sales teams, and engineers to deliver effective solutions.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for customers at beginner and intermediate levels.
• Share product knowledge and guide customers on usage and applications.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Computer Engineer or any related course of studies
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Comfortable dealing with software and system
• Comfortable travelling up to 20% around Asia for business trips

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards to visualise risks and hazards across operational areas
• Gather and organise data to ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve dashboard usability
• Maintain and update dashboards to reflect latest data and insights
• Support digitalisation and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, IT, Data Analytics)
• Knowledge of dashboard tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or similar platforms
