Your Role
Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Marketing Intern to support our marketing operations, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, collaborations, and research projects. You will assist in various functions, such as: content creation, social media management, and customer engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to market and competitive research by compiling data, tracking trends, and supporting presentations. As part of our team, you will bring fresh perspectives and digital-native skills to enhance creative brainstorming and campaign execution.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately - ideally on a full-time internship.
For part-time internships, we would require an availability of 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
Market & Competitor Research
Conduct monthly competitor analysis on marketing strategies.
Summarise findings, highlighting at least three key insights.
Submit research reports on a monthly basis.
Campaign Coordination Support
Assist in coordinating at least one campaign per quarter, ensuring seamless alignment across teams.
Maintain an updated tracker for deliverables and vendor communications.
Work with the marketing team to compile assets, track deadlines, and manage approvals.
Ensure campaign materials are finalised well in advance before launch.
Social Media Content Support
Assist in creating at least eight social media posts per month for Mighty Jaxx’s key campaigns.
Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and compile a basic performance report.
Retail & Trade Marketing Support
Assist team in drafting retailer social media content decks.
Ensure each deck includes key messaging, post templates, and sample visuals.
Collaborate with the trade marketing team to gather necessary assets and engaging content.
Contribute to retailer briefing materials and ensure social media alignment.
Requirements
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Prior experience in social media management, content marketing, or marketing research preferred.
Proficiency in design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software is a bonus.
Ability to analyse marketing data, track key performance metrics, and generate insights.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines for content and campaign execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Knowledge of the toys, collectibles, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
Passion for brand marketing and staying up to date with industry trends.
