Job Description
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job platforms, and professional networks.
- Develop targeted search strategies to identify talent for niche roles.
- Craft personalised outreach messages to engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in the ATS.
Requirements
- Singaporean Only
- Experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent research preferred.
- Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
