Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for:
- Performing routine vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools
- Carrying out repairs and replacements on various automotive systems and components
- Ensuring vehicles meet safety, quality, and performance standards
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Communicating clearly with customers regarding vehicle conditions, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
- Delivering excellent customer service and supporting overall workshop operations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and automotive repair
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting automotive systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with maintenance and repair procedures for a wide range of vehicles
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Technical certification, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Automotive Technology or a related field is preferred
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
