Step into the world of visual storytelling as a Content Creator Intern. You’ll assist in all stages of the production process – from pre-production planning to post-production editing – and contribute to creating visually impactful and engaging content.

What You'll Do:

Production Planning Support

• Collaborate with the production team to plan and organise upcoming projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance production

Pre-Production

• Assist in creating detailed production schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate logistics for shoots, including securing permits and scouting suitable locations
• Help with the preparation and organisation of production equipment

On-Set Production

• Support the crew during shoots by ensuring all equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Assist with lighting, sound, and other technical aspects as required
• Manage on-set documentation, including talent releases and necessary forms

Post-Production Assistance

• Organise and log raw footage for easy access by the editing team
• Contribute to the editing process under the supervision of the post-production team
• Coordinate with editors to help meet project deadlines

Administrative Support

• Manage administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and maintaining production records
• Assist in liaising with vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders

Learning & Development

• Stay updated on industry trends and new production technologies
• Be proactive in learning and adapting to new software and tools used in the production workflow

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit photo and video content that reflects our brand identity

• Capture café ambience, food, drinks, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments

• Produce both static and short-form video content that aligns with current trends

• Assist in content planning, scheduling, and social media execution

Design & Marketing

• Design promotional materials, posters, advertisements, and marketing assets

• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and content concepts

• Stay updated on social media trends, café culture, and digital marketing best practices

• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Operational Support (When Required) As we're a café-first business, there may be occasions where you'll support basic operations during peak periods:

• Assisting with cashiering

• Serving customers

• Clearing and resetting tables

• Supporting overall customer experience and store operations

Who We're Looking For

• Polytechnic or University students are welcome to apply

• Has a strong creative eye and appreciation for café, lifestyle, and food aesthetics

• Passionate about content creation, photography, videography, and social media

• Naturally curious about trends and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table

• Comfortable being behind the camera and creating content independently

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, or similar creative tools

• Have an Instagram, TikTok, or portfolio showcasing your creative work

• Love discovering beautiful cafés, brands, and visual trends

• Enjoy storytelling through photos and videos
