HR Internship Overview

This internship offers hands-on exposure to keyareas of HR, allowing you to learn how people practices contribute to employeeexperience, team development, and organisational growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will gain exposure across three key HR pillars:

Recruitment

• Post job advertisements on various job portals
• Assist in drafting and preparing employment documents, including offer letters and contracts
• Coordinate interviews and support a positive candidate experience

Retraining

• Propose relevant training courses for employee development
• Collect and compile feedback to measure training effectiveness
• Work with team leads to evaluate post-training outcomes

Retention

• Support staff benefits and leave administration
• Learn how leave policies align with MOM regulations
• Prepare leave reports for payroll processing
• Help organise team bonding activities, festive celebrations, and CSR initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months

Roles and Responsibilities

You will support the development and enhancement of mobile and web-based solutions, while gaining hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving existing mobile applications
• Recommend and implement enhancements to improve performance, functionality, and user experience
• Support the delivery of intuitive user interfaces and smooth user experiences
• Participate in software analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation
• Contribute to proof-of-concept development and technical design preparation
• Assist in data modelling and mobile app database management

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, CakePHP, and Flutter
• Strong interest in IT, mobile applications, and software development
• Willingness to learn and take on hands-on technical tasks
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Some experience or exposure to mobile application development for Android and iOS
• Able to commit for at least 4 months

Role Overview

You will help design and build intelligentworkflow systems that bring together low-code automation, cloud services, andAI capabilities. This role focuses on creating scalable integrations, deployingsolutions on Microsoft Azure, and applying AI-driven features to improveoperational workflows and support better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows using low-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools
• Build integrations across systems and data sources to enable structured data intake and automated processing
• Configure, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions
• Develop pipelines to ingest, clean, and standardise operational data
• Implement AI-powered workflows using Azure AI services and language models
• Design and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve AI responses in real-world workflows
• Develop evaluation methods to measure AI output quality and alignment with human judgement
• Analyse results and create dashboards or reports to track AI performance and workflow efficiency
• Apply secure deployment and cloud best practices, including secrets management and cost monitoring
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend automation or AI-driven improvements
• Document system architecture, automation logic, and AI evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to refine systems based on user behaviour and operational feedback

What You will do

You will gain exposure to the full sales andmarketing lifecycle, with responsibilities including:

• Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Content & Collateral Creation: Assist in developing sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, proposals, and promotional content aligned with company goals.
• Client & Market Engagement: Participate in client meetings, promotional activities, and business development efforts to gain practical frontline experience.
