• Assist in drafting, editing and proofreading communications materials including media releases, speeches and other media materials
• Assist in conceptualising, collating, drafting and publishing Corporate Communications publications and collaterals
• Support the development and implementation of communications strategies for events
• Provide communications support for events, including on-site coordination and media activities as well as post-event coverage
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing corporate and stakeholder visits, including preparation of briefing materials, programmes, and follow-up communications

• Maintain brand’s consistency across all visual assets

Responsibilities
IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation:

• Assist in pricing, coordinating and managing the end-to-end IOR/EOR process for global shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
• Verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all shipments, customs entries, and compliance-related documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.

Agent Communication, Sourcing & Pricing:

• Collaborate with agents to gather required information and ensure compliance with local regulations. 
• Support pricing discussions and negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
• Identify and source new overseas agents or service partners when required to support operational and pricing needs.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing and new partners.

Regulatory Trade & Compliance:

• Stay updated on customs regulations and trade policies in various countries.
• Ensure all shipments comply with relevant import/export laws and guidelines.

Problem Resolution & Ad-hoc:

• Identify and resolve operational issues, such as shipment delays, missing documents, or customs holds.
• Escalate critical issues to the relevant department as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.

Job Requirements:

• iploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
• Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is a plus.
• With knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage.

1. Logistics& Administrative Support
