What You'll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit photo and video content that reflects our brand identity

• Capture café ambience, food, drinks, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments

• Produce both static and short-form video content that aligns with current trends

• Assist in content planning, scheduling, and social media execution

Design & Marketing

• Design promotional materials, posters, advertisements, and marketing assets

• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and content concepts

• Stay updated on social media trends, café culture, and digital marketing best practices

• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Operational Support (When Required) As we're a café-first business, there may be occasions where you'll support basic operations during peak periods:

• Assisting with cashiering

• Serving customers

• Clearing and resetting tables

• Supporting overall customer experience and store operations

About the role

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Intern to support our marketing and brand-building work across the business.

This internship is suited for someone who wants exposure to practical brand and marketing work, from campaign ideation and messaging to design support and execution. You will be involved in real work, not just admin.

Marketing, communications, design, or business students are welcome, as long as you are sharp, proactive, and willing to learn.

What you’ll do
