Your Role

As our Account Management (Brands Licensing) Intern, you will assist with the company’s extensive licensing programs by providing support to the team in pursuing business opportunities with artists and Intellectual Property (IP) holders to devise growth strategies for the company.

We are looking for someone who can start from end June/ early July onwards - ideally on a full-time internship.
For part-time internships, we would require an availability of 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality reports analysing sales data and other non-quantitative performance indicators

• Support the various team members on daily account management duties

• Approach prospective out-bound licensing partners to monetize a vast portfolio of intellectual properties

• Support the lead generation of in-bound licensing partners

• Support the cross-department escalation of conflicts between licensors and the company

• Any other tasks to be assigned by the Management and Head of Departments
  

Requirements

• Student in an institute of higher learning

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills

• Meticulous and detail-oriented

• Interested in the process of identifying Intellectual Property owners to work with, and liaising with them on a daily basis

Overview

Gusto Collective Singapore is seeking Account Coordinators (Interns) for Events internship opportunities for 6 months.

The internship will give you a first-hand experience of what goes on behind a luxury Public Relations and Events agency. You can look forward to developing and growing within an agency representing a dynamic array of international and reputable fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, and hospitality clients.

In your day to day, you will:

• Attend, participate, and provide support at client events, meetings, event sessions, and brainstorming sessions as require
• Assist in the development, research, and updating of event proposals
• Assist in administrative duties including sorting, collating, mailings, and other administrative functions as assigned
• Provide assistance during events as require
• Create and maintain accurate and up to date records and files for all event management projects and ensure that all budgets, proposals, guest lists, events photos and contracts are properly filed
• Maintain current information in corporate databases for business contacts and vendor lists
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and placing & verifying orders
• Update and manage calendars and provide reminders for upcoming events
• Sourcing, updating and maintaining an extensive network of new and current vendor contacts
• Assist in office housekeeping and cleanliness

Job Summary

You will manage daily accounting tasks including invoice processing, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation to support accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process sundry suppliers' invoices, payments, and staff claims accurately to ensure timely financial transactions
• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities including cash handling and cash management to maintain accurate records
• Update journal entries daily in the accounting system to reflect current financial data
• Perform account reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly financial reports to support management decisions
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, post journal and bank entries, calculate fixed asset depreciation, and perform monthly reconciliations
• Maintain and create customer, supplier, and general ledger accounts in the accounting system to ensure data integrity
• Verify accuracy of accounts payable payments, claims, petty cash reimbursements, and revenue records to prevent errors
• Monitor and prepare cash and cheque deposits from outlets and customers for timely banking
• Handle supplier and staff queries professionally to resolve accounting-related issues

Our client, a leading US multinational FMCG company, is seeking a SOX Auditor to join their regional finance and compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional with 2–3 years of experience to gain strong exposure to internal controls, compliance, and audit processes in a fast-paced international business.

In this role, you will support SOX compliance activities, test internal controls, identify process gaps, and work closely with finance and business stakeholders to strengthen governance across the organization. You will be part of a collaborative team and have the opportunity to develop your technical and stakeholder management skills within a reputable global consumer brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing SOX control testing and documentation.

• Review key financial and operational controls for effectiveness.

• Identify control gaps, raise findings, and support remediation efforts.

• Work with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance deadlines are met.

• Maintain accurate audit trails, documentation, and reporting.

• Support continuous improvement of internal control processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in audit, SOX compliance, internal controls, or risk advisory.

• Background in accounting, finance, audit, or a related discipline.

• Exposure to US GAAP, SOX, or internal audit would be an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
