What does an Offline Editor do at WPP Production? 

We are looking for a talented Offline Editor with an eye for beauty and premium brand storytelling to join our post production team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling edits for high-end beauty and personal care campaigns — from raw footage through to a polished, client-ready cut. Working across shoots, stock, and illustration-based content, you will bring creative instinct and editorial precision to every project, helping shape the visual narrative that defines how beauty brands communicate with their audiences globally.

Reporting Lines & Key Stakeholders
This role reports to the Head of Broadcast and works closely with the broader talent post production team, as well as client-side agency teams and brand stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 

• Analyse all received material — separating by parts, checking sync, and initiating the decoupage process with a careful eye for quality and continuity
• Lead the end-to-end editing process: assembling commercials, refining scene details, cuts, and montage to meet the elevated aesthetic standards of high-end beauty clients
• Lay audio on soundtracks, ensuring sound and vision are in perfect sync throughout
• Prepare offline edits and submit for client approval, managing feedback rounds and implementing adjustments efficiently and accurately
• Prepare final copies for broadcasting, ensuring all technical and compliance requirements are met
• Insert film ID information on clapperboards and follow broadcaster-specific formats to ensure timely and compliant delivery
• Save and archive master files to the server in an organised and consistent manner

Requirements 

• Proven professional experience in offline editing, ideally with a portfolio that includes beauty, personal care, or premium FMCG advertising
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, including proxy workflows, media conversion, and all core editing functions
• Strong working knowledge of post production tools including Flame, Nuke, After Effects, Final Cut, Arnold, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of cinematographic and editorial techniques as applied to beauty and commercial content

Focusing on Chinese-translated articles, the copy editor plays a critical role in fact-checking and refining machine and human-translated articles, to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with the publication’s editorial standards and house style. WPP Production is seeking an experienced Online Editor with a strong technical background to join our busy post-production department. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in finishing high-end beauty and cosmetics content, with a keen eye for skin tone accuracy, product detail, and the elevated aesthetic standards that premium beauty brands demand.

Primary editing duties include the online finishing of broadcast and digital commercials, with a focus on the beauty and FMCG category. The role requires ensuring all deliverables meet broadcast legal and technical standards across multiple markets, including but not limited to Singapore and the broader APAC region.

A solid understanding of end-to-end post-production workflows — including VFX, colour grading, motion graphics, and audio finishing — is essential. We’re looking for a Post Production Coordinator to keep our post pipelines running cleanly across multiple projects at once. You’ll work with post-house partners and freelance vendors across the region, building relationships and ensuring deliverables land on time and on spec. It’s a hybrid role. Alongside the coordination work, you’ll edit on simpler projects yourself, mostly social content, and corporate or branded work when the schedule allows. This is a full-time, permanent position. • Monitor submission plans and approval plans status
• Lead and support interfacing coordination with other project stakeholders, land owners, and authority/agency etc.

Job Requirement:

•   Five (5) years relevant experience in Singapore LTA cycling path project, pedestrian improvement works and/or street works with a Main-Contractor environment
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board or qualification accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer
• Experience with Design Consultant on submission and requirement with relevant nature of project (e.g. Cycling Path network, Street Works, Road Works etc.) will be an advantage
• Familiarity with relevant agency and authority regulation on street works
• Candidates with experience in LTA project environment are preferred

• Utilize commercial and in-house EDA tools (e.g. Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) for the design and implementation of 100 ~ 400 million gate integrated circuits in 7nm/5nm/3nm/2nm process technologies.
• Able to handle a full RTL to GDS or Gates to GDS flow, inclusive of all construction stages (e.g. Placement, clock tree synthesis, detailed routing, physical verification, formal verification and timing analysis).
• Some knowledge of front end design and synthesis is advantageous
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and scripting languages, e.g. tcl, bash

Required Qualifications:

• Degree, Masters or PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering.

Job Summary:

Selected candidates will get the opportunity to work as Electronic Design Engineer on the design and production of our Next Generation subsea robotics products.

We are transitioning from our industry standard, human operated, hydraulic underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) towards a highly autonomous ROV supervised from one of our remote operating centres.

The innovation electronic engineer will work in a team of experienced engineers on the ROV control system, working closely together with oversees R&D centres, internal production teams and global operational teams.

Development of Control system includes:

• Microcontroller, digital, analog, high speed circuitry design from conceptual to working product.
• Simple software programming in the area of peripheral configuration, device driver, test program to facilitate hardware validation.
• Liaise with production department to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standard.
• Travel to any part of the world in short notice to provide system support, integration, commissioning and training.  

Requirements:

• Proficient in English.  Written and spoken.
• Local polytechnic diploma, bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
• Able to perform analog, digital and PCB design with Altium.
• Able to produce isometrix projection drawing in Acad.
• Knowledge in signal integrity and high-speed PCB design.
• Working experience with microcontroller: Z180, PIC24, SAME5X …etc
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. 
• Passion in learning.
• Candidate with major in power electronic, robotics, automation or autonomous systems would be beneficial.
