Responsibilities:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to TOP/CSC handover, ensuring works meet quality, schedule, EHS, and commercial targets.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and statutory bodies (BCA, URA, NEA, SCDF, PUB, SP Group) to secure approvals, respond to regulatory feedback, and ensure compliance.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop detailed master schedules, resource deployment plans, construction methodologies, and procurement strategies aligned with site constraints.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage subcontractors and specialist trades to ensure performance, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Track project cost, prepare monthly progress and commercial reports, manage variation orders, delay claims, and contractual disputes.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, risk assessments, and implement project safety management systems.
-       Conduct regular site inspections, technical coordination meetings, and resolve architectural, MEP, structural and façade-related issues.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Liaise with internal departments (Commercial, Technical, M&E, QAQC, BIM) to ensure efficient project execution and documentation traceability.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage submissions including shop drawings, RFIs, material approvals, method statements, BCA & authority submissions, TOP/CSC documentation, and handover records.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain strong client, consultant, vendor and authority relationships to ensure operational effectiveness and project readiness.
Qualification
·      A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board, or a qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control for application as a Resident Engineer, or a recognized degree in Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
·      Minimum 10 years’ experience in building construction, including 6+ years as PM within Main Contractor environment. Condominium project experience is an advantage.
·      Proven track record of delivering ≥2 full lifecycle projects (from commencement to TOP/CSC/handover).
·      Strong familiarity with Singapore codes of practice, SIA / PSSCOC contract forms, local approval processes, and BCA requirements.
·      Hands-on experience in structural RC, facade, MEP integration, architectural finishing, T&C, and TOP coordination.
·      Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project; experience with BIM platforms, Aconex, or digital delivery systems is highly desirable.
·      BCA RE or PE Board Registration is an advantage.
·      Strong English communication skill
·      Strong leadership, independent decision-making, risk control and stakeholder management skills.
·      Class 3 Singapore Driving License is preferred.
