Role Summary

The Investment Analyst / Assistant supports the company’s real estate investment, development, and asset management processes by contributing to analysis and decision-making. Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Industry Analysis

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Engineering Management, Urban Planning, or related fields

Work Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (outstanding fresh graduates are welcome)
• Experience in real estate developers, consulting firms, investment banks, or funds is preferred

Billing Tracking
