• Good understanding of the Companies Act and willing to learn and gain technical knowledge on SGX-ST and/or HKEX rules and other regulatory requirements

• Support NPO officers in daily administrative and operational activities relating to anti-scam initiatives.

• Assist NPO officers in obtaining information and liaising with licensees and other stakeholders.
• Compile, organise, and analyse data to support reporting activities and updates for senior management.
• Conduct research and benchmarking studies on international anti-scam initiatives and related projects.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by NPO from time to time.

Requirements

• Background in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a regulatory, government, or compliance-related environment will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to online safety, consumer protection, or cybersecurity-related matters will be advantageous.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the key person in gaining business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.

•  Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

• Development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned territory (i.e. lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting).

• Provide technical support such as troubleshooting, performance improvement and other request to customers.

• Engage in continual improvement, productivity and efficiency with customer by performing data and performance analysis, reporting and following up actions

• “Hands-on” servicing of accounts which includes but is not limited to; installation and maintenance of equipment, and visual inspections of systems when necessary.

Who are we looking for?

Job Description:

• Advise and represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, analyse case law, and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Appear in court and represent clients during legal proceedings.
