Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused and results-driven Assistant Manager, Service Excellence & Learning & Development to join our Hospitality team. This role is responsible for driving service excellence and learning initiatives across Hotels and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring consistent service standards, quality delivery, and impactful training programs. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in service excellence or learning & development within hotels or reputable F&B establishments.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering stand-up training programs tailored to business needs.

[What the role is]

The Forecast Application Development Department develops tools, products and services to support weather monitoring and forecast operations at Meteorological Service Singapore. The Department’s work involves analysing weather radar and environmental satellite data, post-processing numerical weather predictions and developing data-driven models to improve weather nowcasts and forecasts. • Diploma / Nitec /Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years ofexperience in steel fabrication, marine/offshore, construction, or similar industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks or similar software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of welding processes, fabrication methods, and steel structure standards.
• Strong supervisory skills with ability to lead a team.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings independently.

1. Assists and supports the Project Manager and Senior Project Executivein planning and controlling all project-based assignments.

2. Responsible for co-ordination of all activities on assigned projectsand assist in ensuring successful completion and execution of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in data entry and maintenance of financial records
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in maintaining proper filing of accounting documents
• Liaise with internal departments for financial information and documentation
• Provide support during internal and external audits

• Semiconductor machines startup and installation

• Perform equipment on-site installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing

• Perform equipment continuous improvement programmes, preventive maintenance, modifications and repairing works

• Serves as company contact point with customer on technical matters

• Attends to customers complaints and provides timely solutions

• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline

• Hands-on experience in semiconductor machine maintenance
