ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Area Manager, the role will embark on an exciting journey as part of the Operations Team in the outlet. In this role, individuals will be provided with opportunities to learn about the management of food courts, from the exterior façade to the internal hygiene, inventory control, profitability and operation efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the food court (aircon/ Non-aircon).
• Ability to lead and set directions as well as provide guidelines to the operation team according to company SOPs and operational workflows.
• Provide development plans to team members in accordance with the company's KPI.
• Monitor the outlet’s Profit and Loss and provide solutions to improve the bottom line.
• Responsible for the collection of monthly stall rentals.
• Propose activities according to market needs.
• Provide yearly sales budget proposals for the outlet.
• Maintain good working relationships with landlords, relevant authorities/ agencies, and stall tenants.
• Assist inspectors of relevant authorities/ agencies such as NEA, SFA and Civil Defense during outlet inspection and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with landlords on building matters, joint promotions and events.
• In-charge for lease renewal agreement, negotiate and follow-up on terms of lease with stall tenants.
• Responsible for sourcing and recommending suitable food types to fill up vacant stalls and to ensure that all vacant stalls are filled
• Conduct regular checks on the hygiene, service standards and quality of products, and provide feedback internally and to stall tenant.
• Ensure selling prices of stalls according to agreements.
• Assess and provide evaluation of stall tenants' performance.
• Supervise and provide guidance to stall tenants and cleaning contractors to provide high quality of service and achieve housekeeping excellence.
• Conduct daily roll calls, weekly and monthly outlet’s meeting
• To plan and carry out M&E works according to schedule.

Administration

• Planning work schedule of the team.
• Review staff performance and provide recommendation on staff confirmation, promotion and training to enhance their work performance.
• Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes and work tension among the team.
• Handles the termination procedures as per company’s guideline.
• Effectively communicate company policies and procedures to team members, and stall tenant etc.
• Accountable for outlet float money, petty cash and daily sales collection.
• Responsible for ensuring stall tenants’ daily sales received, are correct and being bank in.
• Timely submission of outlet reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to Area Manager.
• Ensure proper cost control on all expenses according to budget.
• Carry out necessary actions against stall tenants and contractors for non-conformance in service, housekeeping and agreements.
• Any other assigned tasks
• Extensive classroom training & on-the-job training will be provided to ensure new joiners’ learning and exposure to the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• With passion in working F&B industry and its operational processes.
• Diploma in F&B, supply chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Foodcourt operation
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays

The Job

• Review and Process Loan Applications under Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness.

We are looking for a senior IT operations leader to manage large scale workplace and end user computing services within a managed services environment. This role is accountable for ensuring reliable, secure, and high performing IT support for end users, while progressively enhancing service delivery through AI driven insights, automation, and data led decision making.

The position oversees end to end workplace service delivery across service desk and onsite support, including people leadership, resource planning, asset governance, and professional services. A key objective is to modernize operations by embedding intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and virtual support capabilities to improve efficiency, user satisfaction, and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Service Delivery & Operations

• Lead and manage multiple workplace managed services engagements supporting large end user populations ranging from approximately 3,000 to 9,000 users.
• Oversee daily workplace operations across service desk and onsite support teams, ensuring contractual deliverables and service commitments are met.
• Apply operational expertise to design, enhance, and standardize workplace support processes.
• Take ownership of service performance, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and operational targets.
• Serve as the primary escalation authority for high impact, complex, or urgent support incidents.

Incident Management & Service Improvement

• Coordinate resolution of critical incidents and complex service issues to minimize business disruption.
• Conduct root cause investigations and ensure structured communication of findings and remediation actions to customers.
• Lead detailed ticket analysis and service reviews to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Implement corrective actions and preventative measures to improve service stability and support quality.

AI, Automation & Data Driven Operations

• Use AI enabled analytics to gain visibility into operational performance, incident trends, and service demand patterns.
• Drive the adoption of intelligent automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve first contact resolution.
• Shift operational delivery from reactive support to proactive and predictive service models using data insights.
• Support deployment of AI powered self-service and virtual assistance solutions to enhance end user experience and reduce support load.

Asset, Resource & Cost Management

• Govern asset management practices across large volumes of endpoint devices, including lifecycle management and inventory accuracy.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource utilization across workplace support teams.
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality, including delivering year on year cost efficiency improvements of at least 5 percent.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Facilitate regular operational meetings with internal teams and customers, including weekly and monthly reviews.
• Prepare and deliver service performance reports to customers and internal stakeholders, including Fujitsu leadership.
• Build strong working relationships with customers to align service delivery with business expectations.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives through structured governance and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a people management or service leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large scale workplaces or end user computing environments.
• Demonstrated experience driving Digital Employee Experience initiatives and operational transformation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities in an operational context.

Technical & Professional Competencies

• Solid hands-on knowledge of end user computing environments, including hardware, software, and network support.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and operational best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to handle complex and high-pressure situations.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business relevant messages.
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Power BI are advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with asset management frameworks covering device lifecycle, inventory control, and optimization.
• Exposure to automation platforms, intelligent workflows, and AI assisted operational tools.
• Experience using analytics to identify service trends, forecast demand, and support proactive IT operations.
• Familiarity with AI enabled self service solutions such as chatbots, virtual agents, or intelligent knowledge platforms.

1) Performance Management

• Build and run the APAC Performance Management System,
• Design the APAC performance operating model: KPI governance, cadence, standards, and decision forums (Monthly Control Tower / Ops Board inputs).
• Establish a single “APAC Performance Calendar” (targets, RFs, monthly packs, reviews, escalations).

2) Standardise KPIs, definitions, and ownership

• Create and maintain the KPI rulebook: definitions, data sources, owners, calculation logic, and RACI by KPI.
• Lock clear KPI owners (process owners) and enforce adherence across CBUs.

3) Drive the “targets → reporting → decisions” chain

• Ensure one APAC snapshot of targets (by CBU + consolidated) with clear assumptions and phasing.
• Put gatekeeping in place so targets aren’t “notional” and exceptions are formally approved.

4) Build a performance culture — not a reporting factory

• Run a Performance Managers network across CBUs (ways of working, benchmarking calls, best practice transfer).
• Implement action tracking discipline (owners, due dates, closure) and drive automation / simplification of the reporting cycle (PowerBI / Power Platform).

5) Portfolio Governance & Strategic Projects

• Run the APAC Operations Zone PMO
• Maintain a single source of truth for the APAC Ops portfolio (scope, milestones, owners, risks, benefits, decision log). Drive portfolio hygiene: stop / continue / reframe recommendations; establish and operate the portfolio governance cadence with clear decision packs and escalation rules.

6) Enable execution of zone-led strategic projects

• Lead PMO support for zone-led / cross-country transformation programs (high strategic value, multi-stakeholder, higher ambiguity): build project structures (charters, workplans, RAID, stakeholder maps, comms cadence).
• Ensure projects land with measurable 4C outcomes (value, service, cash, carbon) and auditable benefit tracking with Finance.

A builder-operator mindset: design the performance system, govern the portfolio with discipline, enable strategic project delivery, and raise the bar on decision quality across the zone.

The following technical skills and experience :

• 8–12 years in performance management, PMO / portfolio governance, and/or supply chain / operations transformation in a multi-country / matrix environment (APAC or regional scope strongly preferred).
• Strong mastery of KPI governance and portfolio management (definitions, owners, data lineage, auditability, milestone tracking, RAID, benefits realisation).
• Proven capability in Power BI + Excel advanced; working knowledge of Power Automate /SharePoint / project tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to run governance cadences and operating rhythms (monthly performance reviews, portfolio SteerCos, QBRs, action tracking).
• Ability to build clear executive narratives and decision packs — PowerPoint excellence is non-negotiable. Comfortable working across functions(Ops/Finance/SC/Quality/Engineering) and across countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop nursing care plan and assessment
• Administer medication or assist with medication administration for clients and ensure proper documentation
