Job Description

·      Join the Software Engineering team on a physical Operations Technology (OT) integration project. 

·      You will build and maintain the backend systems that connect OT field devices to the digital twin platform — handling real-time data ingestion, protocol translation, and system integration across industrial communication standards. 

 Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and maintain backend services and middleware for OT/IoT data ingestion using OPC-UA, MODBUS, and MQTT protocols. 

·      Build data pipeline components that normalise, process, and route telemetry from field devices to platform services and 3D visualisation layers. 

·       Integrate AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot) into daily development workflows for code generation, unit testing, and validation — this is an expected practice, not optional. 

·      Write and maintain automated test suites covering protocol adapters, data transformation logic, and integration endpoints. 

·      Collaborate with frontend Unity engineers and systems architects to define and implement API contracts (REST/WebSocket). 

·      Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support deployment through CI/CD pipelines. 

·      Troubleshoot field connectivity and protocol issues; work with OT/hardware teams on device commissioning and debugging. 

Required qualification/skills:: 

·      Hands-on experience with OPC-UA, MODBUS, and MQTT — protocol implementation, not just conceptual familiarity. 

·      Proficiency in backend development (Python, Node.js, Go, or Java — at least one). 

·      Active use of AI tools for coding, testing, and validation in prior roles or personal projects. 

·      Experience writing integration and unit tests; familiarity with test automation frameworks. 

·      Comfortable working with message brokers (MQTT brokers, Kafka, or similar) and time-series or event-driven data. 

 Good to Have:: 

·      Exposure to digital twin platforms or industrial IoT stacks. 

·      Familiarity with OT security considerations (network segmentation, secure protocol configuration). 

·      Experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tooling. 

·      Knowledge of BACnet, DNP3, or other industrial protocols. 

Experience Required:: 

·      2–5 years in backend or systems software engineering, with at least some exposure to OT/IoT environments.

·       Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Algorithm Development: Development and optimization of machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
2. Model Training and Evaluation: Participate in the construction and training of artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to neural networks, decision trees, etc., evaluate and optimize the models to improve their performance and accuracy.
3. Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Conduct data collection, cleaning, preprocessing and feature engineering, provide high-quality data for model training, and arrange and guide data labelers to carry out data labeling and other work.
4. Collaboration and Deployment: Collaborate with team members to integrate algorithm models into actual business systems, promote the implementation of projects, and realize the intelligent upgrading of products.
5. Research and Innovations: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies. Explore and deploy new technologies, drive innovations to create value to market needs, and enhance the company's competitiveness. Audio and video algorithms for surveillance/monitoring applications which also include the research and implementation of algorithms involving target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of algorithms, experiments, and project workflows. Communicate results and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Min Master's Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Automatic Control, Operations Research, Biology, Physics / Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, Statistics or a related field.
• Familiar with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms and keeping track with the latest SOTA implementations.
• Strong programming skill in Python, C / C++, proficient in mathematical / statistical concepts and exceptional coding skills
• Hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks be familiar such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MxNet etc.
• Have rich project experience in machine learning and deep learning, be familiar with common algorithm models, such as CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, ViT, etc., and be able to improve and innovate models according to actual problems.
• Experience in familiar the design, parameter tuning and optimization methods of neural network models is a plus
• Experience in model compression and in the transplantation and optimization of deep learning forward inference on various platforms, including NPU / GPU / DSP / ARM on mobile platforms and CPU / GPU on server platforms is also a plus.

Position title : Senior TCB Application & Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Admirax St

Working Days:  5 Day A Week

Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm

Salary : SGD 7,000 – SGD 10,000/month (Based on experience and technical capability).

Responsibilities:

• Engage semiconductor customers to understand packaging roadmap, process requirements, throughput targets, yield and reliability challenges.

• Support technical sales activities and customer discussions.

• Benchmark competitor equipment and identify technology gaps.

• Translate customer requirements into internal equipment specifications.

• Develop and optimize TCB process parameters on TCB Equipments.

• Support advanced packaging applications including HBM, CoWoS, CoPoS, 2.5D Packaging, 3D Packaging and Chiplet Integration.

• Troubleshoot bonding issues such as non-wet, misalignment, voids, delamination and warpage.

• Conduct DOE and process characterization activities.

• Work closely with Mechanical, Software, Electrical, Motion and Vision teams.

• Define alignment accuracy, thermal performance, bond force profiles, throughput targets and process windows.

• Lead machine qualification, FAT and SAT activities.

• Act as the internal customer during machine development.

• Support customer buyoff and onsite qualification activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or related fields.

• 5–15 years of semiconductor packaging experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience in TCB, Flip Chip and Advanced Packaging.

• Experience in HBM / CoWoS / 2.5D / 3D packaging.

• Experience in OSAT, IDM or semiconductor equipment environments preferred.

• Experience with fluxless or N2 bonding environment is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Thermo Compression Bonding (TCB), Flip Chip processes, thermal management, warpage control, alignment systems, vision systems, process qualification, SPC and yield analysis.

• Experience with DOE, statistical analysis tools, failure analysis workflows and semiconductor process characterization.
