• Provide updates to NS Gallery Task Force and Working Groups.

• Support NS Gallery Development team in providing regular updates, where relevant and required, to MINDEF/SAF management and other inter-agency platforms; including raising issues of concerns and recommending the course of actions.

• Draft the minutes for key NSG fora.

• Support overall project management efforts, including tracking timelines, preparing materials for project fora, and assisting with reporting to senior stakeholders.

Challenges:

The NS Gallery is a large-scale government project, which aims to showcase the nation’s NS and defence story and is situated in the Downtown Core area of Marina Bay. As a prolific project, a key challenge would be to balance the needs and requirements of different stakeholders. He/she needs to also ensure that the project milestones remains on schedule, and the gallery meets its overall intent and objective.

 The jobholder will need to navigate diverse stakeholder expectations, contribute effectively within a matrixed team environment, and support the delivery of partnership‑, membership‑ and volunteer‑related outcomes within project timelines.

Job Requirements

•  Educational Requirements: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

• The jobholder should preferably have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in business development, partnerships or fundraising. Experience in the other areas, e.g. marketing, events and programming and audience research would be beneficial.
