Responsibilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management recognized by the Board of Architects, Professional Engineering Board, or Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Build-To-Order (BTO) project management
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office for project scheduling and documentation

• Coordinate on-site structural and building works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and project timelines.
