Job Scope:

• Collaborate with planning team on escalations, pull in orders and other issues to maximize shipment.

• Co-ordinating Returns Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s), working with customers, Quality team, Sales, and logistics.

• Work with finance team on credit hold issues, follow up with payment, released orders and other related issues.

• Co-ordinate shipment with logistics team and handle any shipment related issues.

• Following up with product marketing and quality team with any reported issues

• Responsible for additional duties, any other tasks as delegated by the superiors and projects as assigned. Also, to work with IT on issues related to order management (EDI, CSV, BVEM, testing, etc.)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Be familiar with Oracle is a plus point as tasks require order entry using Oracle. Proficiency in CRM software and other related systems

The Credit Risk function sits under the big umbrella of the Finance department.

SYSTEMS ANALYST

General Description:

You will be part of a highly cohesive digital solutions team to support business solutions.

You will contribute to design and deliver robust and reliable systems that meet the dynamic needs of our growing business. Responsibilities

• Part of the Digital Solution Team to analyse business challenges, propose process improvements and deliver technically feasible digital solutions
• Responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintenance of application, enhancements as well as framework and CI/CD pipelines for application use.
• Work closely with IT architect team, infrastructure team and industry partners to review product design, analyze solutions, ensure compliance to security and architecture standards as well as software defect resolution and deployment best practices.
• Plan, design and collaborate with outsourced teams and vendors to deliver products & solutions with good quality, ensuring reliability and maintainability of products and solutions
• Support the rollout of product and solutions as well as to provide day-to-day support to business users and operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science or related
• Proven experience of one or more: Java, .NET, Angular, Spring Boot and relational databases (MS SQL, My SQL, Oracle)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in software development, implementations and support
• Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to payment systems.
• Analyse and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to design and implement File conversion requirements using the mapping specifications.
• Create mapping documents that show how each source field translates into the target format.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating results, and ensuring defects are resolved.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectation
• Conduct workshops and presentations to gather feedback and validate requirements.

Qualifications:

· Extensive expertise in cash management and payment systems across APAC, including TT, FAST, GIRO, and other digital payment solutions.

· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and process modelling software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

· Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
