Job Description
· Report to the Project Director. The Project manager is responsible to lead the project team for the execution of the project from commencement until completion and defects liability period.
· The detailed duties and responsibilities of project manager includes but not limited to the following:-
· Prepare master programme and ensure that the project complete within the stipulated or extended contract period.
· Implementation of all ISO, quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements.
· Complete the project with quality to meet client's / consultant's requirements.
· Ensure compliances to Authorities’ requirements.
· To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving of technical problems, submission of shop drawings and samples, etc.
· With the support of QS, plan and monitor the confirmation of sub-contractors and suppliers so that they are awarded according to the scope and procurement schedule.
· To ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete sub-contract works within the schedule and comply with contractual requirements.
· Manage the actual cost of project so that it is below the budgeted cost.
· Manage the subordinates to so that they are following work systems, productive, andencourage team work among the team members.
· Handle defects works after handing over the project
Job Requirement
- Degree in Civil Engineering/ M&E Engineering
· At least 10years of experience
· Experience in HDB project
