• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure proper PPE usage
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near-misses

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for site execution
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and manpower updates

Mandatory Requirement 

• Mechanical Engineering or related technical qualification
• 3–4years’ relevant site supervision experience
• Knowledge of mechanical installation and commissioning works
• Familiar with Singapore MOM safety requirements
• Ability to supervise foreign workers and coordinate site activities

Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Saturday 8am to 12am

1. Project Coordination

• Assist in planning and scheduling project activities
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure all departments are aligned with project timelines

2. Documentation & Administration

• Prepare and maintain project documents (contracts, reports, drawings)
• Track progress reports, site updates, and meeting minutes
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with project requirements

3. Cost & Budget Monitoring

• Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking
• Monitor expenses and highlight cost overruns
• Support in processing claims, invoices, and variations

4. Site Supervision Support

• Work closely with site teams to monitor daily activities
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Help enforce safety and quality standards

5. Communication & Liaison

• Act as a link between management, site staff, and clients
• Attend meetings and follow up on action items
• Assist in resolving site or project-related issues

Responsibility

To carry out daily checks of the assigned vehicle to ensure safe lifting operations at all time

Being able to start on short notice will be a bonus.

Lifting of precast products or materials on sites.

Monitoring the load weights and stability of the crane.

Responsible for basic housekeeping and maintenance of tower crane.

Complies with all and ensures compliance of all safety, health, environmental and other company policies, procedures and requirements.

Inspecting the machinery before and after use.

Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Project Manager as and when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Complete secondary school or higher education level.

Obtain a Class 5 driving licence.

Complete a relevant crane operator course.

Be able to communicate with your team.

Job Scope:

• Operate lorry crane in safe manner.
• Able to operate with 45 tons lorry crane.
• Perform basic and upkeeping of vehicle, daily routine inspection of crane safety devices, load indicators in good, clean and safe conditions before and after any lifting operations.
• Able to assist in loading and unloading of materials and machinery.
• Comply with all road safety, traffic regulations, safe work practices, site safety.
• Report any issues or repairs needed.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Possess valid Singapore Driving License Class 4
• Possess valid WSQ Lorry crane operator certificate.
• Must have a clean driving track record.
• Having minimum 3 years of lorry crane driving experience in construction industry.
• Able to work independently, good work attitude & good teamwork.
