Job Summary

The HR & Admin Executive will play a key role insupporting the human resources and administrative functions within theorganization. The role involves handling payroll processing, HR documentation,employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with statutoryrequirements. TOUCH Young Arrows (TYA) is a non-profit programme led by a committed team of volunteer mentors who conduct weekly Saturday programmes to meet children and youth's social, emotional, and educational needs, and to fulfil their potential. There are 24 TYA clubs in Singapore serving over 500 children and youth aged 5-14 years old from low-income and/ or single-parent families.
