Equipment Service Engineer

This Equipment Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining automation systems, troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic components, configuring software, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. Responsibilities

Job Description:

• General Failure Analysis Engineer
• Perform sample preparation (cross section, parallel lapping, chemical decapsulation), use of ion miller, FIB and other preparation techniques;
• Perform failure analysis using various tools and instruments such as SEM, EDX, 2D/3D X-ray;
• Communicate with customer for selecting proper analytical technique and data interpretation;
