• Assess system vulnerabilities and provide guidance, remediate and mitigate any reliability and security risks
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of broadcast equipment and system.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance broadcast and IT equipment.
• Work with different business units to provide technical solutions to enhance existing operation and setup
• Evaluate and recommend new broadcast IT equipment and system.
• Support project implementation of broadcast IT system and infrastructures including the support in drafting of technical specifications and costings documentations.
• Perform shift and standby duty to support broadcast system and infrastructures.

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security or equivalent. CCNA, Certification in Information Technology networking field is an advantage.
• Candidate without the required academic qualifications but with at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT, Broadcast or Media Production related field are welcome to apply.
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA preferred
• Project management experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of cloud / enterprise system architecture
• Network troubleshooting skills of IT devices maintenance and experience with management and configuration of networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls) will be preferred.
• Perform shift and standby duty to support broadcast system and infrastructures.

Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize projects on major cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, andAzure to ensure stable, secure, and efficient system operations.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHubActions, and Azure DevOps.

Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure components including Linux servers, databases, containers,networking, security groups, and access permissions.

Handle system monitoring, log analysis, performance optimization, and production issue resolution;support incident response and participate in necessary on-call support rotation.

Assist in implementing access controls, log auditing, data security, and permission management incompliance with Singapore's local cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

Write automation scripts in Python, Shell, or other languages to improve deployment and operationalefficiency.

Support customer technical communication, system delivery, training, and ongoing maintenance;facilitate technical coordination and project progress between China and Singapore teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.

Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Proven problem-solving skills and experience supporting production environments.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese for bilingual communication and documentation.

Experience in government, transportation, smart city, enterprise systems, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Security projects is an advantage.

Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications are preferred.
