Job Scope

• Lead the design and execution of mechanical equipment and systems for construction projects, driving project delivery through effective planning, resource management, and stakeholder coordination to meet client and business objectives.

Job Description

• Develop mechanical equipment and system designs and prepare material submissions that comply with technical specifications.
• Plan project costing and create master schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Assess and determine labor and material resource requirements to support construction activities.
• Manage site operations including installation, manufacturing, safety compliance, testing, and commissioning to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with LTA, Consultants, Civil Contractors, and System Wide Contractors to ensure seamless execution of installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Lead and direct Project Engineers, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and construction progress.

Educational Requirement

Job Description:

• Handling day to day construction site environmental issues;
• Critically reviewing, abstracting, and summarising regulatory and client requirements for all areas of environmental compliance;
• Coordinate and advice project teams on environmental requirement;
• Monitor and review all environmental issues and support to the Project Managers;
• Prepare and submit site environmental control programmes and reports;
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place;
• Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB, and other relevant authorities, etc;

Requirements

• NEA registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO);
