HR Responsibilities
1.   Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation and clearance procedures.
2.   Maintain and update accurate employee records and personnel files.
3.   Track and monitor expiry dates of work permits, certifications, and relevant documents.
4.   Oversee attendance, leave records, staff claims, and medical certificates.
5.   Provide support in payroll preparation and related documentation.
6.   Assist in coordinating performance appraisals and staff confirmation processes.
7.   Respond to employee enquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Administrative Responsibilities
1.   Oversee office supplies inventory and handle procurement activities.
2.   Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
3.   Draft and prepare official letters, memos, and internal communications.
4.   Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
5.   Assist in the preparation of reports and company documentation.
6.   Coordinate office maintenance and facilities-related matters.
7.   Provide administrative support for company events and staff activities.
8.   Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement and service coordination.
9.   Monitor office maintenance schedules and work closely with contractors.
10. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
·        Minimum Diploma / Higher Nitec in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
·        No prior experience required – training will be provided.
·        Basic knowledge of HR and administrative functions.
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·        Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
·        Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
·        Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
·        Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
