KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Technical Coordination

• Review and coordinate MEP design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Work closely with internal design teams, consultants, and BIM teams to resolve technical issues and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Identify potential design conflicts and propose engineering solutions to support constructability.

Project & Site Management

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on site.
• Monitor MEP construction progress and ensure works are completed according to project schedule and approved drawings.

Data Centre Infrastructure

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.

• This role focuses on Full Stack Development: Frontend - Develop the Self-Service Developer Portal using React.js/TypeScript; Backend: API and automation development in NodeJS/Python.
• Maintain the CI/CD tool chain and secure deployment pipelines (GitLab, Terraform).

Job Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in both backend (API) and frontend development.

As a Staff/Principal Engineer, you will be a part of groundbreaking next generation NAND research & development dry etch team driving critical modules listed below. The position promises ample opportunities for innovation, collaboration and testing a new dimension and scaling with next generation NAND. You will work directly with process integration and other process areas such as Wet etch, CVD, Diffusion, Metals, Lithography & Dry Etch. You will be involved with innovative and outstanding dry etch chambers & own the process roadmap to meet program and yield goals. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Main Responsibilities:

• As a CMP Process Development Engineer, you will develop and optimize chemical mechanical planarization procedures. These procedures aim to improve product quality and reliability for the next generation of Micron's memory parts.

• Focus on understanding and improving the process margins required for meeting the mature yield goal for 3D NAND parts

• Advanced 3D NAND CMP process development will include performing fundamental research, consumables development, and hardware evaluation, as well as testing processes for novel applications

• Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins as well as to evaluate manufacturability of next node solutions

• Extensively collaborate with vendors to develop processes that meet integration requirements for current and next-generation 3-D NAND nodes

• Incorporate best known manufacturing methods into early development phase of upcoming nodes

• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies

• Provide strategic roadmap for N+, N++ and future NAND Nodes

• Serve as a technical expert within Micron contributing to technical projects for improvements to processes, procedures, and equipment

• Define and leads complex, multi-functional projects of critical importance to Micron, helps to define strategic direction

• Provide advice and counsel to management on significant technical issues. Leads and initiate innovation projects through patents/technical papers

• This position requires communication and collaboration with partners both locally and globally. Strict adherence to Micron Intellectual Property Protection policy is necessary

• Mentor new hires and less experienced team members on CMP fundamentals, process development, and Micron systems

• As a technical expert, lead or drive team or sites on complex, multi-disciplinary projects in quality focused meetings, process and yield improvement meetings, cost, and productivity improvement meetings

Artificial Intelligence

• Using, applying, and leveraging AI, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and support innovation by incorporating AI-driven solutions and enabling data-driven decision-making across projects and teams

Education/Job requirements:

• Masters /PhD with 5-10 years or Bachelors degree with 7-12 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry with a background in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) Process in 300mm wafer fabrication

Must Have Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience CMP equipment operation such as AMAT (LKP), EBARA-300X and next generation CMP equipment, optical metrology, profilometry, polishing slurries, conditioners, and polishing pads

• Experience in dielectrics/metals CMP process development on 3D NAND or other memory technology

• Understanding of various integration and structural impacts and constraints related to film deposition and other upstream/downstream processes

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Key Qualifications / Requirements: Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, preferably in projectoriented

environments within the hospitality or integrated resort industry.

- Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures

(TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, VPN, wireless, etc.).

- Experience with network infrastructure design and implementation,

including LAN/WAN, data centers, and cloud networks.

- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices from leading

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3/L4) – Network / Security is an advanced, architect-level role across multiple technology domains (Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, Collaboration). The primary objective is to design, implement, and maintain an enterprise network defensive architecture to protect data and infrastructure from sophisticated threats. This role acts as the highest-tier escalation point (4th-line support) to resolve complex operational incidents, ensure contracted client outcomes, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Architecture

• Security Roadmap: Define, architect, and champion the overall network security posture across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments (including Zero Trust and SASE models).
