Project Executive / Coordinator/Admin
Job Description
* Maintaining project documentation
* Communicating the project’s progress with supervisors, subcontractors & site teams
* Managing the project’s budget, resources and timeline
* Participate in project design meetings / coordination and propose improvements if necessary
* Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
* Plan and manage team goals and new information
* Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
* Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
* Need to visit site when required (admin monitoring only)
Requirements
* Diploma Holder
* 1 – 2 years’ experience in project admin or site admin preferred
* Experience in construction-related admin or documentation is an advantage
* Able to interpret / understand simple construction drawings and track materials

Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm); Saturday (9am – 1pm)
