Requirements

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years of related working experience in Singapore

Experience required

· Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.

· Supervise the direct workers and to give instruction to the sub-contractors.Coordinate with land

Required Qualifications:

Education & Professional Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification
• Advanced degree (Master's in Construction Management, MBA) preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years progressive experience in construction management
• 10+ years specific experience in rail and/or road infrastructure projects
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multiple large-scale projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects valued at $300M+
• Experience with Design-Build, PPP, or EPC project delivery methods preferred

About the Role

We are a civil works contractor supporting process plant projects across the pharmaceutical and oil & gas sectors. We are seeking an Assistant BIM Modeller (Civil) with a strong foundation in BIM to support detailed design, layout planning, and coordination of civil and underground services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for civil structures in process plant environments, including foundations, trenches, pits, and underground services
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, and M&E teams to ensure proper alignment and clash-free designs
• Support identification and resolution of service clashes (e.g. pipe racks, cable trenches, drain lines) using BIM coordination tools
• Prepare construction drawings, layout plans, and technical documentation for submission and construction
• Manage and update Revit families and Civil 3D components specific to process plant infrastructure
• Ensure all drawings and models are compliant with project and regulatory requirements
• Participate in design and coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and other contractors

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Study all Authority's and approved Contractor's drawings for necessary supervision work
• To carry out supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer’s instructions.
• Ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Liaise with all parties involved in the project
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To review Contractor's Method of Statements and Risk Assessments and supervise all works in relation to current Code of Practice and approved BCA drawings
• Attend site meetings and resolve site technical issues.
• Maintain and control site records as per required

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in LTA projects
• Registered RTO with IES/ACES
