Role Overview
The GIS Support Engineer provides the daily operational backbone for a production Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environment, delivering proactive monitoring, first-response incident handling, routine GIS administration, lower-complexity service request delivery, and embedded quality assurance. Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full range of automation products distributed by the company.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and application support by analyzing customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, application notes, and solution-based documentation.

Engineering Support Management

Budget Management

The personnel shall undertake any additional project responsibilities or tasks as directed by the organization.

The personnel shall ensure that all deliverables as defined by the Organization based on the Scope of Work and furnish all necessary documentation as part of the deliverables. 

The personnel shall observe normal working hours from 0830 hrs to 1800 hrs, Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

The personnel shall be recallable for contingencies and other scheduled events outside of working hours, subject to reasonable compensations in terms of time off-in-lieu.
