Job Description

In your role as Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager, your focus will be to ensure that the installation and commissioning of the LV & MV Electrical systems and electrical control systems portion of the mechanical systems adheres to the technical requirements and the design already developed by the engineering contractor. This role is responsible for architecting, implementing, and enhancing cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and cost optimisation. You will leverage cloud-native technologies, automate deployments, and build resilient systems with strong high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using third-party or native cloud tools to support automated deployments.
• Monitor, analyse, and troubleshoot cloud environments to maintain performance, scalability, and system reliability.
• Apply security best practices by managing IAM policies, encryption mechanisms, and network security controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Configure and optimise cloud networking, including traffic routing and connectivity across environments.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen only
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, with a solid understanding of infrastructure automation.
• Good knowledge of networking concepts, cloud security practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting cloud environments to ensure high availability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage & Lead the electrical team.
• Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, tender. Preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team.
• Team development.
• QA/QC documentation review of engineering deliverables.
• Liaison with clients, project managers, architects, contractors.
• Resolve any technical problems faced during project design and/or construction stages.
• Any other required duties as required by the Project Team.
• Suggests ways to increase revenues and efficiency.
• Testing & Commissioning of the ACMV Electrical Systems.
• Power Turn On.
• Ensure the team follows all electrical codes and standards.

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience

• Any qualification in a relevant engineering field with minimum 5 years of related working experience in the Construction Electrical Field asscoiated with ACMV / Electrical.
• Engineering design of commercial buildings, major infrastructure transportation projects and mixed-use developments.
• Possess design experience and good understanding of ACMV / Electrical technical systems and procedures:
• Possess knowledge on all cabling, loading and sizing calculations and equipment selections such as cable, generators, panels, etc.
• Develop, design through establishing, design briefs, design reports, calculations, schematics, schedules, specifications.
• Developing Concept, Preliminary, Detailed and Construction Engineering Designs.
• Productions of drawings and developing models.
• Site Experience.
• Testing & Commissioning Experience.
• Having experience working with Infrastructure Projects would be an added advantage.
• Experience in ELV systems will be an added advantage.

The Electrical Engineers will lead and contribute to thefull lifecycle of electrical systems from concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, EarlyEngineering design through to Detailed Engineering. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure technical integrity and compliance with international standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with process, instrumentation, mechanical, and safety teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Handling projects from tender & sales team for execution
• Compile and prepare document and material submission lists for timely delivery.
• Design and review project drawings and documents, ensuring timely submission to customers
• Monitor submissions and follow up with customers for timely approvals.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for project materials and coordinate with the purchase team and suppliers.
• Coordinate site activities, including installation, testing, commissioning, and progress reporting, with the construction team
