Requirements and Qualifications:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is a hands-on role in a small team, where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution across customer experience, order fulfilment, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Handle customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and email

• Assist customers with product and sizing enquiries

• Manage returns and exchanges (online and in-studio)

Order Fulfilment & Inventory

• Coordinate with warehouse on order processing and stock movement
