Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical requirements for rail E&M systems in Singapore’s transit environment. You will drive quality assurance through supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain project schedules.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the review of technical submissions (specifications, drawings, test procedures, method statements) to ensure full compliance with project requirements

• Oversee on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration activities, ensuring high-quality delivery

• Work closely with contractors, stakeholders, and interfacing teams to resolve site challenges and drive smooth execution

• Facilitate project team to monitor the working schedule, update, review and report the project progress to be in line with project timeline

• Support project team to manage project related work to ensure project is delivered based on project timeline.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Recognised diploma/degree in Engineering (electronics or mechanical) or related discipline;
• Relevant project management experience:
  
  - At least 3 years in project coordination, site installation, testing and commissioning of rail E&M system in Singapore transit environment; and
  
  - Relevant experience in coordinating and interfacing with local transit stakeholders (i.e. railway/transit operator) to carry out A&A, system upgrading or new system implementation work at revenue stations; and
  
  - Experience in Automatic Fare Collection System upgrade, relocation and system migration projects in transit environment would be an advantage.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM or similar drawing tools for design drawing review;
• Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently;
• Good collaboration and attitude to work with team members;
• Ability to cope with flexible working hours;
• Be expected to perform night work or work during engineering hours;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills in English; and
• Be expected to travel regularly between office and sites.

Full Stack Developer (C#)

Scope:

• Understand users’ requirements and translate them into application features
• Write high quality source code to program enhancements
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Perform functional and non-functional testing
• Respect the development standards
• Keep up with trends in terms of standard, technologies or methodologies
• Enrich the backlog of issues (source of recurring incidents), including description, impact/recurrence/priority
• Self-organize continuous learning on the IT applications and landscape

Must Haves:

• At least 5 years of relevant full stack development experience in C#, SQL Server, REST API in a Private Banking or Wealth Management project
• Advanced development in .NET Framework (including WCF & WPF) or ASP.NET
• Willing to work with other programming languages and frameworks where appropriate

Role Summary

We are hiring a Robotics QA Engineer to establish and run end-to-end quality practices for real-world robotics systems deployed in public and shared spaces. You will validate robotic autonomy(navigation/localization), manipulation behaviors, human robot interaction, and AI perception and agent components - ensuring releases are safe, reliable, and measurable across hardware and environments.

This role requires both breadth (robotics +AI + systems) and depth (building repeatable test methods, automation, and rigorous acceptance criteria). You will work closely with robotics engineers, AI engineers, and deployment teams.

Responsibilities

Test strategy and quality ownership

• Define a comprehensive test strategy across simulation, lab, and field environments.
• Establish release gates and acceptance criteria for autonomy, manipulation, robotics behaviour, and AI model updates.
• Own defect triage workflow: reproduce issues, isolate root causes with logs/telemetry, and drive closure.

Robotics validation and test engineering

• Navigation, Manipulation，Human Robot Interaction: Design and execute test scenarios, and task success metrics; build test datasets; validate safety behaviours; establish repeatable site-acceptance checklists and regression suites.
• AI/ML models and Agents: Define evaluation protocols; validate agent/planner behavior; support model release governance.

Automation and tooling

• Build automated test harnesses, CI-integrated regression tests, and reproducible test environments.
• Develop tooling for log capture, event replay, labelling for failure analysis, and metrics dashboards.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in QA/test engineering for autonomous systems, embedded systems, or AI-heavy products.
• Strong understanding of autonomous systems and failure modes: sensors, localization, navigation, motion control, and safety behavior.
• Hands-on experience building test automation in Python and/or C++.
• Proven ability to design rigorous test plans to debug cross-disciplinary issues.
• Experience with Linux environments, networking basics, and hardware integration troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills: can write precise test reports and collaborate effectively with engineers.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ROS/ROS2, simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Mujoco), hardware-in-the-loop test setups.
• Experience with voice/NLP or multi-modal interaction systems (ASR/TTS latency, intent routing, noisy environment testing).
• Experience with model evaluation pipelines (dataset splits, regression testing).
• Familiarity with safety or compliance practices for robots operating around people (risk analysis, operational constraints).
• Experience building debug pipelines: telemetry, log aggregation, incident replay.
