• Position Title: Construction Design Manager
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.30am – 6.30pm; Sat, 9.30am – 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle—planning schedules, implementing work, and overseeing site operations—from concept through completion, including TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) and DLP (Defects Liability Period) stages.
• Read and produce architectural, structural, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) drawings.
• Set and manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop creative exterior and interior layouts for residential projects.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and conduct regular site visits to report on progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant project design and management experience in Singapore; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Able to manage projects independently.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented team player who can also work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
• Proficient with design software (e.g., ArchiCAD, Lumion) and presentation tools (e.g., Photoshop, SketchUp, PowerPoint).
• Able to work on Saturdays when required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: North - Admiralty
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Source quotations, perform price comparisons, and prepare costing summaries.
• Develop comprehensive project costings.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with the project team on variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors on project cost-related matters.
• Oversee and manage document control processes.
• Handle all quantity surveying (QS) reporting responsibilities.
• Conduct risk assessments and cost calculations.
• Perform tender analysis and assist in finalizing contract sums.
• Manage internal budget controls, providing advice on cost limits and budget adherence.
• Negotiate contracts effectively.
• Assess contractor claims and provide guidance on contractual disputes.
• Conduct cost analysis for construction activities.
• Work with the purchasing manager to evaluate procurement strategies and recommend cost-effective solutions.

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Engineering
• Min. 1 year of working experience in the construction industry
• Skilled in quantity take-off, cost control, progress claim preparation, and contract administration, with proficiency in AutoCAD
• Familiar with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Assist Project Engineers on site to support project delivery and resolve technical issues promptly

Monitor site progress and schedule to ensure timely completion of project milestones

Review and verify plans, drawings, and quantity calculations to ensure compliance with design specifications

Ensure all materials and workmanship conform to project specifications and budget constraints

Supervise project crews and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards

· Able to read drawings

· Able to carry out construction work involving Formwork /Reinforcement /Concreting

· Able to have Timber/ Aluminium/ Steel Structural Formwork acknowledge

· To take responsibly practicable, such measures as are necessary to ensure that during the properly erected
