• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
• Ensure full compliance of MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on safety performance of all subcontractors
• Active participation in conducting Risk Assessment
• Ensure briefing/re-briefing of RA to workers by supervisor
• Authorized to stop work at any time for any unsafe work
• Review and revised RA
• Implement necessary control measures to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence
• Other duties as assigned by the Director
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Project Manager, Degree holder

Job Description:

We are looking for Utility Hook-Up Engineer with experience in semiconductor tool installation and facility utility coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee utility hook-up works for semiconductor tools and equipment
• Review engineering drawings, layout plans, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and semiconductor industry regulations
• Monitor project schedules, site progress, testing, and commissioning activities
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical solutions
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and as-built drawings

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma related Engineering field
• Familiar with utility hook-up services for semiconductor tools/equipment
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor facility systems and cleanroom environment
• Experience in process piping, HVAC, and facility coordination
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Semiconductor fab / wafer plant project experience
• Project management or site supervision experience

• Planning, managing and coordinating construction activities
• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers
• Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other outside parties to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures
