As an Executive Director, you will act as a senior member of the advisory team with responsibility across origination, execution, client relationships, and team development. Your role will include:

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and Web3 business models, with a strong track record advising or analyzing crypto projects
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring skills; experience with token models and tokenomics strongly preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with founders, executives, investors, and boards
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, advisory, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or a comparable role, with demonstrated deal leadership

The Executive, Engagement & Marketing will support the activation and promotion of programmes and initiatives at Woodlands RecreationCentre (WRC). The role focuses on strengthening WRC’s outreach, visitor engagement and partnerships through social media marketing, content creation, event support and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

The Executive will play a key role in curating weekly activities, building community partnerships and supporting efforts to increase awareness, participation and overall footfall at WRC.

Key Responsibilities

1) Marketing & Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain WRC’s social media platforms and digital outreach channels.
• Develop engaging content including posters, videos, reels, photography and promotional materials to market WRC activities and initiatives.

3) Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Reach out to and establish working relationships with NGOs, community groups, sponsors, volunteers, corporate partners and service providers.
• Identify collaboration opportunities that can bring value-added programmes and resources to WRC.
• Coordinate with external partners on event participation, sponsorship support and engagement initiatives.
• Support volunteer recruitment and coordination efforts for WRC activities and programmes.

4) Content Creation & Branding

• Support photography and videography coverage during WRC activities and events.
• Assist in maintaining a consistent branding and communication style across WRC materials and platforms.
• Develop content highlighting WRC programmes, success stories and community engagement efforts.
• Assist in building WRC’s public image and online presence through creative and engaging digital content.

5) Administrative & Reporting Support

• Maintain event schedules, engagement records and partnership databases.
• Assist in preparing reports, event summaries and monthly engagement statistics.
• Support procurement coordination and administrative documentation related to marketing and events.
• Perform other duties assigned to support the operational and engagement needs of WRC.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Community Development or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management, event coordination or community engagement will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• The Sales Support Executive will assist to generate new leads for the sales team by calling manufacturing contacts to introduce products and services.
• No product selling or closing is required.

Job scope:

Business Development & Market Expansion:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across printers, converters, packaging companies, and brand owners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Actively promote company’s portfolio of paper and board products into target market segments
• Drive specification of products into brand and packaging projects

Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation:

• Engage customers to understand their application needs (printing, packaging, branding, sustainability goals)
• Recommend suitable paper and board grades based on performance, cost, and end-use requirements
• Provide technical support on printability, runnability, and conversion performance
• Work closely with mills and internal teams to align product offerings with customer requirements

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

• Gather insights on market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Identify opportunities for new product introductions or exclusive representations

Marketing & Industry Engagement:

• Support marketing activities including product launches, presentations, and customer workshops
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company’s offerings
• Assist in developing sales materials and solution-based presentations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the print, paper, packaging, or board industry
• Strong understanding of:Paper and board grades (coated, uncoated, folding boxboard, etc.)Printing processes (offset, digital, flexo, gravure)Packaging and branding applications
• Existing network within printers, converters, or brand owners is highly advantageous
