Your Day to Day

As Catering Sales Manager (Event Services), you will be responsible for driving business through direct sales solicitation and support overall catering and events revenue for the hotel. • Serve as the account manager for a portfolio of charity partners across different segments (e.g. Key, Growth, Potential, and Emerging) and conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with relevant partners
• Build trusted partnerships by understanding each charity’s mission, capabilities, operational needs, and plans for fundraising and volunteering opportunities, and ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction by working closely with internal teams to resolve partners’ queries and issues
