• Produce design impact analysis documentation that highlight changes in all impacted systems, and any potential changes on interface level
• Validate detailed design documents from engineers and developers, and oversee the implementation of the required changes from build, test to deployment
• Work with architect in building the solution roadmap and major changes to the stack
• Perform internal QA before releasing features to end-user for UAT
• Senior candidates may be asked to manage a team of junior business analysts and quality assurance engineers.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Hands-on experience with software development and design documentation (such as sequence diagram, UML, ERD)
• Solid domain knowledge on BSS applications - which include portals, CRM, Billing, Order management with deep domain knowledge in portal/CRM. Additional knowledge in resource management and provisioning will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with system integration via service bus or API management platform to external systems such as Billing, ERP, Payment Gateway and Enterprise Warehouse and Analytics
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to articulate technical detail sto different group of people within the organization
• Familiar with standard frameworks such as TOGAF, TMF SID, eTOM and TAM
• Knowledge in fixed service provider products (MetroE, L2/L3 , Internet services, Managed Network/Security) and PaaS productization will be an added advantage
