GENERAL OVERVIEW

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Job Description

Service Sales & Account Management

• Promote and sell service solutions, including preventive and corrective maintenance contracts, annual service agreements, spare parts, and repair services
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders within defined timelines
• Conduct site visits and system assessments to identify service and upgrade opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic customer accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored service and maintenance solutions
• Drive contract renewals, customer retention, and account growth

Technical Solutioning & Project Sales

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in service sales, technical sales, or within the ACMV industry
• Basic working knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems (e.g., AHU, chilled water systems, CRAC units)

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Supervision Team including planning roster shift duties based on Contractor’s work schedules and oversee leave arrangements.

Requirements (C&S):

• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 8 years in major construction works in building works, deep excavation, drainage, pipe jacking, ground improvement, flexible/rigid aircraft pavement, supervising & installation of monitoring instruments and collating of monitoring data.
• Possess a C&S Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report.
• Proficient in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
