The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil infrastructure design and lead the distribution of shop drawings production, design coordination and technical documentation pertaining to the project.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure M&E works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Review M&E shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions before submission to consultants.
• Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are completed on schedule and within project requirements.
• Coordinate M&E works with architectural and structural works to avoid clashes and delays.
• Attend coordination meetings, site meetings, and technical discussions with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore authorities’ requirements, including BCA and relevant statutory regulations.
• Monitor testing and commissioning of M&E systems and ensure proper documentation submission.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site related to M&E works.
• Ensure safety standards and proper work procedures are followed on site.
• Assist Project Manager in planning and coordinating M&E installation activities.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain proper site records for M&E works.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant M&E coordination experience in building construction projects in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.
• Familiar with local authority requirements and submission procedures in Singapore.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with consultants and subcontractors.
• Familiar with BIM coordination and clash detection (preferred).
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (BIM knowledge is an advantage).

▶ Accounts Payablefunctions include verifying supplier’s invoices, initiating payments, dataentry and

maintenance &reconciliation of creditors’ ledger.

▶ AccountsReceivables function include AR aging, prepare AR reports & monitor cashbalance.

▶ Ensure timelybilling to clients, verify receipts and payment details with transactiondocuments

▶ Perform day today operational matters pertaining to preparing invoices, issuing payment andexpense claims

▶ Prepareconsolidation of transactions

▶ Maintain properrecord of transactions

▶ Handle pettycash for branch and site office and reimbursement.

▶ Handling staffclaims.

▶ GST returns andensure all transactions comply with IRAS’s regulations.

▶ Liaise withauditors and preparing audit schedules.

▶ Supporting theaudit report (Audit Report will prepare the outsourcing company)

▶ Undertakeinstructions from Directors and Managers for the transactions & assignmentsgiven.

▶ Preparation andmanagement the payment voucher

▶ Keeping thehardcopy and softcopy of all account data and documents

(Payment voucher,Invoice, Transaction data etc.)

- Submitting thesoftcopy to branch office manager monthly

- Submitting thehardcopy and softcopy to outsourcing accounting firms.

▶ Cooperating withHead Quater from time to time

▶ Other ad-hocduties that being assigned by supervisor from time to time.

• Perform general clerical duties which include preparing documents and filing
• Support the Chief Representative of the Branch Office
• Manage and maintain fixed costs

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Korea Language (Preferred) (In order to liaise with the English and Korea speaking associates)
• At least 3 years of Accounting experience in the construction sector (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage project management software systems such as Primavera and MS Project to support construction project planning and scheduling
• Maintain software tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date project timelines and resource allocation
• Support users by troubleshooting and resolving issues within project management systems to enable effective project monitoring
• Monitor software performance and coordinate updates to enhance system reliability and functionality for construction projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or building services
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and construction processes
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills particularly in M&E works

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate on-site mechanical and electrical engineering activities
• Monitor project progress, coordinate site operations, and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain accurate project status reports and documentation regarding M&E works
• Coordinate and review structural details and design interfaces to prevent clashes and ensure smooth execution
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and mechanical and electrical workflow
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with company quality standards, specifications, and contractual requirements
• Support project planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budget

Job Description:

• Operate saddle jib tower crane safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily pre-operation checks and ensure equipments/components are in good and safe working condition.
• Follow approved lifting plans and project’s safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate closely with lifting supervisors and signalmen to perform lifts accurately.
• Maintain proper records of crane operations and safety inspections.

Requirements:

• Valid Tower Crane Operator License recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) / Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
• At least 5 years of experience operating luffing jib/saddle jib tower cranes.
• Good understanding of lifting plans, load charts, and safety procedures.
• Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days work week as per Employment Act Schedule.
• Working Location: Changi.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Basic Salary Range: $3,900 to $4,200.
• Annual Leave: 14 days per year.
• $100 allowance per night shift.
