Trainee to be involved in:

Trainee to be involved in:

• Carry out implementation activities for plant modifications, capital projects and other identified plant improvement projects in line with defined specifications, budget and qualification of facilities in accordance with site to approved procedures.

• Lead the troubleshooting in Instrumentation and provide continuous improvements to process plant

• Maintain the site equipment and facility to high GMP standard meeting the regulatory expectations such that the site is always inspection ready.

• Apply continuous improvement mindset and knowledge to perform 5S and optimisation of maintenance and calibration activities/ frequencies and efficiency.

• Provide input to the project team of capital projects as well as develop and implement the maintenance plan for newly installed equipment.

• Provide site inputs to the development of Engineering Standards (ES) and Engineering Policy (EP).

• Monitor and enforce compliance measures (including safety) within their specific discipline to ensure inspection readiness of plant, as well as participate as an audit team member in the conduct of audits.

• Supervise, develop, and motivate technicians to help realize their maximum potential so as to contribute towards achieving the objectives of the department.

• Contribute to the development of the annual operating budget of the section to ensure achievement operational targets of section.

• Responsible for planning and implementing plant maintenance, managing of engineering resources during plant turnaround and prompt resolution of breakdowns, including engaging external assistance.

• To support the development of facility master plan to ensure compliance to engineering standards, management of obsolescence and asset replacement.

• To support customer complaints and deviation investigations and ensure that all relevant engineering corrective actions are completed within the agreed timeline.

• Prepare and issue Engineering Technical Report and provide input to Periodic Reviews and Annual Validation Report to ensure timely completion of the report.

• To manage the site computerized maintenance system and its data / records to ensure that the information is accurate and inspection ready at all time. To provide reports from the system and used as tools for maintenance decision

Education / Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in the Control / Electrical engineering discipline

Where will I be based?

You will be based at one of our manufacturing site in Singapore near Jurong.

• Manage the design and implementation of utility diversions, supporting structures, and related civil works.
• Assess existing utilities and oversee site utility diversion activities in coordination with approved subcontractors.
• Direct project teams and provide guidance on utility design, construction processes, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor utility system performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
• Use AutoCAD 2D and Civil 3D to design, plan, and resolve utility clashes with ongoing tunnel or site works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Earthwork Supervisor (EMA/SPPG).
• At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision, project coordination, or utilities engineering; LTA project.
• Familiar with dry and wet utilities, utility support designs, and authority clearance requirements.
• Competent in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.

• Plan and implement analog/mixed-signal circuit solutions to optimize performance, verify simulations, and conduct testing

• Select transistors, analyze layout effects, and simplify unit logic to enhance underlying circuit optimization

• Design commonly used analog chips or IP, perform transistor-level circuit design and simulation, and plan and design layouts
• Extract timing library characterizations and design custom SRAM/DRAM/RRAM circuits
• Develop chip design processes and In-House EDA tools, track and optimize chip yield
• Evaluate principles, design, and verify circuit systems for products
• Complete or assist in PCB layout design

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Information and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or related fields
• Strong academic performance with curiosity, learning ability, and capability to transfer knowledge in new areas and related professional fields
